Sounds like you: Are having cycling or mixed moods. This means you get euphoric one minute and the next you are too depressed to even consider doing anything. If I am correct, this would place you in a bipolar category or cyclothymic category. The important thing is that you let your treating provider know. Bipolar disorder is generally managed by psychiatrists. Psychotherapy is imperative also. Best wishes.
