Not true.: Taking Lexapro (escitalopram) at different times of the day won't affect your ability to have orgasm. Decreased libido/sexual drive is a known possible side effect of lexapro; talk to your doctor about this, as they will probably recomemend changing your medication.

Not true: There is no evidence to confirm if it is true.You can take it in am or pm but take the same time daily.
