Bartholin gland cysts drained and swab and the culture came back fine does that mean i am also chalmdyia and other std free?

Not necessarily: The swab of the cyst was looking for bacteria only in the cyst (usually staph, strep, or ecoli). Chalmydia and other STD swabs are obtained from inside the vagina/cervix AND are grown on specific media. Two different processes.
