Had a bartholin cyst drained about a 4 weeks ago, the dissolvable stitches are still in there. can i use a tampon without disrupting them?

Stiches: Absorbable stiches normally come out before 4 weeks. Should be fine to use Tampon and the stiches could certainly be removed by this point I think if they bother you.
