Sharp pain bottom at the back right hand side of head just above the neck, frequently when hit or i move too fast. please help?

Very common: Poor posture leads to a muscle strain and back/neck pain. Most patients do not have a serious spinal problem. However if your pain accompanied by neurological deficiency (numbness, weakness) call a doctor. Moist heat, stretch exercises NSAID (otc) aleve (naproxen) and good mattress are very helpful. If concerned see pcp for further investigation.
