Acne in pregnancy: Your ob/gyn can give you a combination clindamycin/benzoil peroxide that can be applied 2 times in a day. Call the office and ask for them to call it into the pharmacy. It is topical and not systemically absorbed. Good luck.

Acne and pregnancy: There are several things that can be used to help. Over the counter, try a 2% salicylic acid wash. There are prescriptions options of using a topical antibiotic gel or a short course of oral antibiotics can be used to get the initial pustular outbreaks under control.
