Probably safe but no: Why are you taking floxacin + narcotic? Stop. Consult ob. This antibiotic is not known to be dangerous in pregnancy but animal studies hint at possible toxicity to fetus. There are better antibiotic to use if pregnant.

Check with the ObGyn: I am unsure which medications you are asking asking about but a lot of women take medications or vitamins or drink alcohol in the early stages of pregnancy without knowing it and everything turns out fine because the stop all the bad habits and bad medications as soon as they find our they are pregnant. Some drugs like Accutane can cause defects but your doctor will warn you when prescribing it.
