Round Ligament Pain: Late 2nd tri groin pain is very common in pregnancy and is likely the stretch of the anchoring round ligaments by your rowing uterus. However your past surgery is a complicating issue. Depending on the type of myomectomy you have, you may be at increased risk of uterine rupture in the context of contractions. Unlikely, but a risk to consider. Call your gyn if pain is severe and your'e contracting.
