Unclear: It is unclear what you mean by pus cells. In general if there is an active infection in the vagina or cervix a doctor would treat that first before continuing with fertility treatments. If the infection is a sexually transmitted one then that needs to be addressed first. Clarify with your doctor what infection you had and what the implications are.
