Tough stuff: Benzoyl peroxide is your best friend but you'll need more. This is too long on Clindamycin ; a different rx is in order. The oral contraceptive pill if right for you, or topical spironolactone, a retinoic acid derivative (will help with blackheads) ;/or a dermatology consult are in order. If offered isotretinoin, consider taking it especially if acne on trunk or refractory.
