Nasal polyps: Are among the most frustrating nasal problems to deal with as they recur often, i assume you do not have Aspirin allergy either? There are some newer medications that can affect them medically without undergoing surgery such as antileukotrienes, e.g. Singulair (montelukast) and zyflo cr and now xolair is also an option. See an allergist.

Nasal Polyps: Half of people with nasal polyps do not have allergies. The reason for this is not yet well worked out but we do know that they are due to inflammation so that various anti-inflammatory medications can be helpful. Often an allergist can help you get these in check even if they are non-allergic. Recurrence after surgery is common.
