Not normal: I recommend that you see neurologist for emg/ncv testing to see any nerve problemsthat needs to be corrected since you have sx of both pain and numbness at this time.

? carpal tunnel synd: This is not normal. It sounds like you may have carpal tunnel syndrome. This may not be related to your old injury though since you had surgery on your hand, scar tissue could be a factor, in which case neural therapy might help.
