Carpal tunnel: the most common reason for these sx in this location is carpal tunnel syndrome. I would see a Neurologist. Numbness and tingling always point to irritation of nerves, whether due to a disc pressing on the nerve or at the wrist (carpal tunnel) will have to be determined through proper testing
