Pinched nerve arm: This is either carpal tunnel or cubital tunnel syndrome. Probably agrivated in a sling. See a hand surgeon.

Consider emg: I would recommend emg/ncv to evaluate for carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar neuropathy. Your problem may ultimately be coming from your neck. I good hand surgeon should be able to order the emg/ncv and perform a thorough history and physical exam and give you a more precise diagnosis of your problem.

EMG/NCS: Since you have both the neck and shoulder, as well as other anatomic areas that could be causing your symptoms, a nerve test (EMG/NCS) and possibly subsequent selective injections may be needed to diagnose and treat the source of your pain.
