I've had patellar tendonitis now 2 yrs. all anyone is doing is physical theraphy and cortisone injection nothing working..can anything be done?

It could also be a sign of a disease associated with joint abnormalities or hypermobility syndrome. It is also possible you have the wrong diagnosis. Chondromalacia patella is a common condition for women your age which causes knee pain. There are also a number of other possibilities.
