I'm 38 weeks pregnant is it okay for me to soak in a tub of hot water? i'm having pain in my pelvic area? will hot bath help.

OK but not too hot!: It is generally advised to keep the temp. Of the water below 100 degrees- this will feel warm and soothing, but a hot bath could reduce blood flow to your baby. You can add 2 cups of epsom salts to the tub to raise your magnesium levels. The only way to see if it will help is to try it, but there is a good chance it will.
