Is it possible to fall asleep in the bath tub and drowned or would you wake up when you start to inhale water?

Would awaken: Sleep is an arousable condition, assuming that this is normal sleep and not sleep influenced by certain medical conditions, medications, drugs or alcohol. The gag reflex would be enough to cause arousal and awakening.

Sleepiness: Please be careful not to fall asleep in the bathtub since you may not be aware of an underlying physical illness that might cause you to pass out and be unconscious.
