My asthma has caused my airways to narrow and my lungs to inflate. I was told that this distress signals the accessory muscles of the neck and chest into action. Could this be why Ive experienced an uptake in tension(?) headaches and neck pain?

My post BD test showed small airway obstruction. My dr Rx Advair & treat it asthma. Only symptom is 6-month-long chronic dry cough. Could this be related to lung nodules previously found on CT instead of asthma?
What can happen with your lungs if you have asthma, but don't take medicines (cortison or broncodilator) for several years? Ct is normal.
47 year old male. Shortness of Breath & Tightness of Chest. Complete Battery of Test from Cardiologist. ENT shows negative obstructions in throat. CT Scan and Chest Xrays clear. Pulmonary Dr. says not Asthma. Blood work good BP normal.
I have an obstruction in the airways. Is that asthma, copd, emphysema or what? Doctors still do not know whats that. They say it is not copd but how are they so sure? My peak flow meter is always 320. Im 29 years old NO smoker very healthy..
Is it likely that I have airway remodelling? Mild asthma usually with no symptoms, haven't used medications for years, but active and physically fit.
