Not necessarily: The ct scan can remain normal, even in advanced asthma.

47 year old male. Shortness of Breath & Tightness of Chest. Complete Battery of Test from Cardiologist. ENT shows negative obstructions in throat. CT Scan and Chest Xrays clear. Pulmonary Dr. says not Asthma. Blood work good BP normal.
I have an obstruction in the airways. Is that asthma, copd, emphysema or what? Doctors still do not know whats that. They say it is not copd but how are they so sure? My peak flow meter is always 320. Im 29 years old NO smoker very healthy..
