Quit smoking: Smoking is really a life-threatening condition. You're motivated and concerned this is good. If you say you can't you won't. Do whatever it takes to quit. To start with switch , even occasionally, to electronic cigarettes. Wean yourself down. Then the problem is you're smoking for a reason for an emotional reason . You need to address that distress or anxiety.
