Germ is everywhere: This germ is found worldwide as a contaminent of the soil or intestinal tract.The germs can multiply in any wound & elaborate their toxins that produce severe muscle spasms that last a week or more in those who survive. It is not passed person to person.

Because it kills: The danger of getting tetanus is everywhere. The reason you don't see people dying from it is because of vaccination, and good follow up for boosters. Get your child immunized and see if you're due for your booster.
