How far apart should multivitamins and calcium citrate supplements be taken?

No time limit: Multivitamins and calcium supplements actually can be taken together..Vitamins in general are relatively easy to absorb under normal condition and calcium does not prevent their absorption and the reverse is also true...So, take them whenever it is convenient for you.. Stay well..Keep healthy..An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.. Good luck.

As long as possible.: This is not a joke. Multivitamins are a worthless scam. Every decent study show the same thing. Save your money and buy a gym membership. The only proven way to improve your health is exercise.
