A member asked:

Hello doctors, what does it mean to have a multi-colored eye?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Iris in two colors: The iris which is the concentric muscle of the eye shaping the pupil is responsible for the eye color and is usually one color: brown, black, blue, green. If it has more than one color then the iris is multicolored ( poly chromatic) this may be associated with glaucoma and an ophthalmologist has to check the eye to make sure the pressure is not elevated.
