I have not seen: A relationship with drinking water to clearing of skin. A 2 year old should drink 24-32 ounces of milk a day. Then if they are still thirsty, up to 6 ounces of juice or sweetened drinks. Then if they are still thirsty, plain water. They should drink enough to stay hydrated. That is usually determined by at least 2-3 urine voids a day.
