Depend: If you already dehydrated, you can see the different. If your kidney function is fine and you are healthy, the excess water your body will remove itself to keep body balance state. If you worry about other skin problem, you need to see a doctor.

Rehydration : Is a process that takes time. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day, at a minimum, will help an individual replace both "sensible" and "insensible" water loss. Drinking non-stop is not advised; one's body cannot "bank" water. It will eventually finds its way out of your system. Slow and steady wins the race!
