Rehydration : Is a process that takes time. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day, at a minimum, will help an individual replace both "sensible" and "insensible" water loss. Drinking non-stop is not advised; one's body cannot "bank" water. It will eventually finds its way out of your system. Slow and steady wins the race!
