A member asked:

Can it do any harm or any good to use mouthwash/brush immediately after eating sugary foods?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Only good: Sugary foods have acid that attacks the enamel of your teeth that causes cavities.Brushing flossing and mouthwash after eating decreases the amount of sugar that attaches to your teeth thus helping to keep the chances of cavities to a minimum. All this home care is only good.
