I am sick with the stomach virus and now my husband and i have it. we have a 3 week old formula fed, anyone been through this with a newborn?

Hang in there!: Eventually all babies get diarrhea. If the infant gets loose stools-you may have to change to a lactose free formula. A soy based formula or formula that has less lactose in it. This is done for a week or so until the virus passes. If the infant decrease urination or looks dry-a visit to the pediatrician would be in order.
