Panic attack andPTSD: In Panic attack, usually traumatic event is the experience of the attack. In Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) with flashbacks , there is Actual Traumatic event- • Physical or sexual abuse • Domestic Violence • Incest • Rape • witnessing a murder, • Death of a comrade in the war • Other events in the war • There can be more hyperarousal state in PTSD than Panic attack..
