Ask your DR: To prescribe you some meds to relieve anxiety and help you sleep. Adequate sleep will alleviate your symptoms. Staying active, exercising, living each day, staying positive and experiencing good memories @ present may replace the negative effects of these flashbacks. Hope you feel better!
