Not satisfying: I know my answer won't be satisfying to you, but "non-specific st-t wave changes" mean exactly what they sound like. The ekg has changes that are abnormal but are non-specific, ie they don't diagnose anything. For example, sometimes you don't feel good. You can't describe what's wrong - something is wrong but the problem is "non-specific". You just don't feel normal.
