ECG results: Electrocardiograms are interpreted in the context of patient history and symptoms. “Nonspecific” means that no specific diagnosis can be made from the test. “Poor R wave progression” can indicate how the heart is oriented in the chest, or a problem with the heart muscle, or (often) that the chest electrodes were placed in slightly incorrect locations. Consult a cardiologist to review them with you
