Chest or tricep?: Wider grip is more specific for the pec major and shoulders, but too wide can also injury the shoulder. Narrow grip will engage the tricep as well and less shoulder, but still help the pecs. Be sure to work the upper and lower pecs by incorporating flat bench, incline and decline.
