Asymetry: We tend to be asymmetric in our use of each side of our body - for example if you are right handed you naturally do more things, without thinking about it, with your right arm. So, your right arm will typically be stronger. Even ambidextrous people will have a tendency to favor one side and will then be stronger on that side. You can try to equalize the sides, but it is difficult
