Fruits: Fruits are anything that grows from a flower...So avocado, beans, strawberries, blueberries, squashes, all the beans, almond butter (no whole nuts!) , apples, pears, plums, etc. Fresh whole foods are healthy. After 12 months introduce broccoli, spinach, kale, carrots, potatoes, etc.
