Formula or breast: Milk 24-32 ounces a day, juice up to 6 ounces a day and solid foods. All baby foods are ok, or regular table food that is smashed to avoid choking. The only food restrictions are: 1- no honey until a year of age and 2- no cow's milk, instead of formula or breast milk, until a year of age.
