Diet: Your ten month old should be on three meals of solids with a possible fourth bottle. Milk should be limited to 16-20 ounces. Depending on the weight of your child you would want to give 2-4 tablespoons of fruit, vegetables, cereals, meats, eggs, and cheese or yogurt.

Balanced diet: A healthy diet is a well balanced diet, including at least five servings of vegetables and fruits, milk, yogurt, cheese and sources of whole grains and lean protein. As long as he is gaining weight and height along a growth curve that is normal for his age, no major adjustments are needed to his diet. I would recommend follow up with your pediatrician to discuss.
