Varieble: If acute, might use steroids, but if chronic, analgesics, and physical therapy. If thoracic outlet syndrome, maybe Feldenkries postural therapy, but if unresponsive, perhaps surgical decompression. If rootlets avulsed from spinal cord, no reversibility, and must treat with palliation.
