A host of joint diseases, including most juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, infectious arthritis, parvo b19, chikungunya, lyme disease, hemochromatosis, alkaptonuria, reactive arthritis and psoriatic arthritis usually have no rheumatoid factor.
