A member asked:

Is there any way of avoiding loose skin when i get to my goal weight?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: As we age we lose the elasticity of our skin. Thus the older we get the less likely skin is to conform to a smaller body size after weight loss. This varies from person to person so there is no age after which this occurs.
