Skin/Weight loss: If you weight losses are modest, your skin will shrink with your loss. If you have massive weight losses, your skin was stretched out beyond its ability to shrink back and you will need surgery to remove it.

Depends on age.: After a certain period of time the elasticity and recoil of the skin is not the same. Therefore eventually at some age (20s, 30s, 40s - depending on skin type and quality of skin) the skin does not shrink with wait loss.
