Possible: If you have pcos and the past period was over a year ago (and you are not taking continuous birth control pills or some other medication to suppress ovarian function (eg, depoprovera), then you may have problems other than pregnancy to worry about. Plan b is ok to use, regular contraception is more responsible and effective. Either way, you should see your gynecologist.
