Migraine?: Once a diagnosis of migraine has been made, effective management of migraine involves three specific strategies: 1) patient education, 2) nonpharmacological management, and 3) pharmacological (medical) management. However, migraine by definition is physiological disorders that are not associated with any other illness or pathology. Re.: see headache or orofacial pain specialist. Yes Botox is ok.

Tension migraine: Degenerative disc disease of the neck or cervical spondylosis often leads to headaches. These muscles of the neck insert on the back of the head. These muscles often contract or become tight in an attempt to restore or maintain proper alignment. The result is a headache that starts in the back of the head and migrates to the forehead. Treatment is aimed at relaxing those muscles.
