Time of year: You notice more prominent veins now. It could be the time of year. As the rest of your skin gets more pale you might be noticing more veins. If you notice more spider veins then most think it is inherited. For 19 year old female you can ask your parents if they also have spider veins. These can be treated.

Hormonal changes: If you have new, prominent veins in the breast, you may be undergoing hormonal changes. These can be simple cyclical changes like your menstrual cycle or can be an indicator or larger changes like pregnancy. They are not signs of cancer or anything serious or abnormal.
