Sounds like UTI: Since you have symptoms of a bladder infection with having to void frequently, and the urinalysis shows infection cells, blood and bacteria, it is very likely you have a uti. I will treat my patients in this situation with an antibiotic that is safe in pregnancy. Speak with your doctor.
