No, by definition: Stop worrying. Here in kansas city, one of the histoplasmosis capitals of the world, almost everybody has at least one of these. They're where you healed. Every once in a great while, a lung cancer arises adjacent to one of these. It's rare. There is nothing you can do to stop that beyond not smoking, which will help but not completely prevent it.
