I believe so. : Telmah is a blood pressure combination of two ingredients: telmisartan (an angiotensin receptor blocker or arb) and hydrochlorothiazide (a diuretic). The key thing here is that it is controlling the blood pressure. I am not aware of any problem drinking hibiscus tea while on this drug.
