Moderate amount: The saying that you can eat or drink most things in moderation is generally true, as long as one has no sensitivity to that product, or that the food is omitted because of certain diseases (such as celiac spruce and wheat products). There really is no down side to eat small to moderate amounts of rice within other foods or aside from other foods.
