Yes: The simple answer is yes. You can have the 'clamps' removed and the tubes re-anastomosed (put the cut ends of the tubes back together). Unfortunately, the pregnancy rate is lower than someone who has not had their tubes previously 'clamped'. Additionally, there is an increased risk of ectopic tubal pregnancy (pregnancy in the tube).

NO IF TUBES CLAMPED: If your tubes are clamped you can not get pregnant as egg can not reach the uterus for fertilisation. That is if tubes are clamped properly.

Yes but <1%: I assume you mean after, not "while". Tubal sterilization is not infallible so we quote less than 1% failure rate eg getting pregnant despite procedure. Rate of "failiure" depends upon several different factors. Check out http://www.Cnn.Com/2008/health/expert.Q.A/12/22/pregnancy.After.Ligation.Shu/index.Html for more info.

U will need : Your tubes unclamped if possible which may or may not be possible, or you will need to go for invitro- fertilization, or u can get pregnant if the tubal fails ( possible , not common) in that case pregnancy could end up in the tube or uterus please see your gyn to discuss.

Unlikely: It's unlikely, but possible. If you think you might be, check a test. If it's positive, you need to see your GYN immediately.

Unlikely: Although the BTL can fail, it is one of the more effective procedures. Divide , clip, clamp, tie, cauterize are all techniques which can be used effectively.
