IVF: If both of your tubes are blocked, you can get pregnant through IVF. A doctor can take your egg and his sperm and join them in a lab. They can then put the embryo back into your uterus, bypassing the tubes.

IVF or tubal repair: If you had a tubal, it might be reversible. If not or if you have tubal infertility, you may need IVF. Either way, you need to see a specialist (i.e. Infertility MD).
