Inform your doc. : It is likely you are having side effects from one or both of the medications. One possibility is that the combo dropped your blood pressure too quickly or that it is too low, in which case there would need to be an adjustment of the doses. No matter what the cause, make appointment with the physician that prescribed the medication.

Antihypertensives: Metoprolol and Lisinopril can both cause dizziness. The two medications combined can enhance the blood pressure-lowering effects of the other. Orthostatic effects (unsafe drop in BP when standing up) or fainting can result, if the patient is not closely monitored, especially during the beginning of treatment. I would notify your doctor, so he can adjust your regimen accordingly.
