Invest in home BP: The first prescription for high BP is a home monitor. Then you can get numerous readings at different times on different days. Then you have a better perspective to indicate your need for BP medication. You neglect to indicate your age or your use of any meds. There are different approaches to this. Are you pregnant? Smoker? How much alcohol? etc.
